K2: Disruption MTI W skis and M3 10 Compact Quikclik binding
Product details
Ski ability: A great choice for a sporty advanced female skier. Designed for sporty carving on the groomed resort runs. With a 72mm waist these skis are built to help link turns and with a speed rocker they make the transition effortless.
The Disruption MTI W has a turn radius of 14.7 m, which sits in the mid?turn range—ideal if you like carving medium?sized arcs without having to wrestle the ski too much. The sidecut measures 115 / 72 / 103 mm (tip / waist / tail), so you get stability from a wider shovel and tail, while the narrower waist helps you roll smoothly from edge to edge.
Features:
- Radius: 14.7 @ 160
- Tip/Waist/Tail Widths: 115 / 72 / 103 (@160cm)
- Construction: Carbon/wood core, Carbon i-Beam, Aspen Core, Dark Matter Damping (DMD), Powerwall
- Rocker: Speed rocker
Constructions:
- Carbon I-Beam (Full length uni-directional carbon running from tip to tail, providing increased accuracy and energy along the entire length of the ski.)
- Aspen Veneer (Lightweight and resilient, great all-around material).
- Dark Matter Damping DMD (Dark Matter Damping is a process where K2 sandwich a polymeric damper between two layers of high modulus carbon, and strategically place it along the ski edge. This creates improved edge grip and control. And with more grip and control, you can push faster, harder, and pull in to the turn like never before. Get ready for liftoff, it’s time to rage.)
- Powerwall (Power transfer is dramatically enhanced with the oversized ABS sidewalls that are laminated and pocketed within the woodcore in the midbody of the ski. With the sidewall extending into the heart of the ski, the transmission of energy from skier to ski edge is direct and precise.)
- Speed Rocker (Effortless Initiation and Accuracy. The addition of Speed Rocker makes turns effortless with greater accuracy and edge hold.)
